The Law Offices of Lisa M. Stauff

Lisa Stauff has spent her entire legal career fighting for employees' rights. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, and her law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law (including a certificate in Employment Law from Chicago-Kent's Institute for Law and the Workplace). Ms. Stauff has litigated on behalf of employees in the Illinois courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the City of Chicago Commission on Human Relations, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and the Illinois Human Rights Commission. Ms. Stauff published an article in 2010 in the Journal of the DuPage County Bar Association, entitled "USERRA is not FMLA."
